GUARANTEE AND REPAIR
All boards are guaranteed SIX MONTHS (parts and labour) starting from the date of purchase against all failures of the components and/or the manufacturing; this guarantee is meant to protect you against the kind of failures that can show up soon after starting during normal use.
During that period, contact us to know how to return a defective board.
No board shall be returned without any prior contact, because the boards to repair are handled at a different address.
Otherwise additional shipping fees will be billed.
The board will then be either replaced or repaired and sent back as soon as possible.
In no case does the guarantee cover any damage due to:
- Direct or indirect damages caused by a failure, and consequences of such damages
- A careless installation, performed without following all the important instructions listed at the beginning of the manual (especially if the pinball game was previously broken, or if badly adjusted boards damaged it)
- Any hack, " self-made fix ", incorrect use or handling mistake
- Any damage that occurred during transportation.
It does not apply either if the board has been re-sold to a 3rd party during the guarantee period: in that case, it applies only to the original buyer whom arrangements will be made with.
In all cases, never hesitate to contact us, even if the board is no longer covered by the warranty!

On top of everything, the board should only ever be repaired by professional and skilled technicians. We absolutely discourage owners attempting their own repairs. Any failures or consequences of such self-repairs are at their own risk and liability. |

The shipping fees to return the repaired board will be computed automatically when paying the repair fees depending on the weight of the repaired board .
Test fees apply to boards received with no shown problem after testing: they include
- diagnostics
- tests (on a bench + in a real pinball machine)
Simple repair fees apply to defective boards: they include
- diagnostics
- simple repair (dead transistor or circuit)
- tests (on a bench + in a real pinball machine)
Complex repair fees will be determined after inspection and test of the defective board. It will be applied for the following:
- complex repair other than the Basic board repair above
- seriously damaged board (eg. burnt board or general short circuit)
- board with obvious signs of "self-repair" not carried out by us.
All testing results will be reported to the board's sender, including a quotation if damages are beyond the basic flat rate above.
Each board will be upgraded with the latest available software mods.
